Description ACA ,ICWA,ACS with 10 + Years of experience in Accounts, Payments, MIS & Control, Taxation, Audit, Company Secretary. Ensure timely updation of records, preparation of Profitability reports for the Board and other purposes, Ensure authorization of bills, ensure availability of funds, monitor adherence to procedures , Ensure coordination amongst departments, generate expenditure statements, monitor & generate variances reports, Ensure the issue tax forms, monitor TDS, process & file corporate tax return, attend hearings, provide tax-planning, Ensure necessary support to internal / statutory auditors, analyse audit reports, take corrective action, Provide information for Board / shareholders / Audit Committee meetings, prepare minutes of meetings, file necessary forms / returns. provide financial leadership to a tune of Rs 120 Crore project and development company as a Financial Controller, strategist, planning and supervisor to accounting, statutory requirements and other finance operations, Acting as guardian of
financial process and regulations. Perform the statutory and operational role of a Company Secretary. Responsible to the Board of Directors for audit and financial compliance matters Reporting directly to the CEO.
