Description: Civil Engineer with architectural knowledge, with minimum experience of 8-12 years in Project planning & execution, Planning, Scheduling, Execution & Monitoring of Projects, Quantification & Costing, Project Planning & Execution, Develop and implement a long term Master Plan in keeping with the overall concept, Market demand and financial feasibility, Interaction with clients, consultants to generate concept proposals as per requirements, Project management - Planning, preparation of tenders, Tendering, Evaluation, Recommendations, Award of work, Contract Management, Time Cost & Quality monitoring & Execution, Govt Liaisons & approval, People management - Performance planning & appraisal, Training needs, People improvement & organizational performance, Etc.
