Sr. Executive - Purchase

Reports To: Head Purchase
Company Profile: It is an ITALIAN MNC engaged into Mfg. and Marketing of confectionary products. They have a turnover of around 400 crores ( Approx).

Job Description: To source Capital Goods, Engineering Spares, and Raw Materials as per specifications.
To ensure the timely availability of materials, in his portfolio, for production / project implementation as per Production / Project Schedule. To identify and develop new vendors. To leverage his technical skills while doing all the above. Build and Manage Vendor Relationships. Meet and Exceed Cost Targets. Accomplish all the above while following
ISO processes. Capitals Goods & Engineering Stores Items Purchase.
Raw Materials Purchases (List to be provided by Manager-Purchase)  Materials Requirement Planning (MRP) & MIS Timely release of delivery schedules, rolling forecasts, etc., to
vendors and expedite the same. Accurate and organized documentation.
Timely and Accurate MIS. Also provide industry intelligence

Desired Profile: BE & M.B.A. with 3-6 Years Experience in Purchasing and Planning Third Party Management.

Key Skills: Good Leadership Skills Strong Initiative Communication skills
Emotional Maturity Flexibility & Adaptability  Negotiation skills
Commercial knowledge Strong Engineering Knowledge and ability to apply it on the job.
