AVP - (Human Resources)
Our client is a distinguished ITES Multinational and a Global Financial
Services Corporation.
Location : Chennai / Bangalore
Profile: B.E./ B.Tech / MBA / M.Tech in Human Resources with :
. 10 - 15 years of alround experience in Human Resource function with
expertise in Strategic HR specially with respect to Recruitments,
Selection, Retention, Employee Motivation in a Multinational Bank / BPO
/ ITES organisation.
. Strong understanding and exposure to designing and implementing
Recruitment strategies coupled with proven experience in Resourcing of
talent within defined timelines.
. Ability to collaborate and influence individuals at all levels of
leadership; demonstrated leadership abilities with a vision to drive the
function.
. Ability to translate ideas and concepts into detailed execution plans.
. Analytical and Strategic coupled with an ability to relate to business
requirements.
. Excellent verbal / written communication skills, presentation skills
and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
. Planning and strategizing for organisation-wide Recruitment /
Resourcing Plan.
. Contribute to creating an organizational image, which would help in
attracting and recruiting the best talent.
. Develop innovative solutions to maximise success in Resourcing.
. Design and support new service delivery strategies
. Plan and enact Improvements to align Resourcing with the
Organization's strategy, vision and mission.
. Responsible for performance and effectiveness of the Resourcing
function. Work with managers in diagnosis, problem solving, conflict
resolution and implementation of appropriate interventions.
. Develop quantifiable metrics to measure ROI and effectiveness of
Recruitment programs.
. Facilitate Resourcing strategies / processes to carry out initiatives
to improve business results.

. Post Graduate in Human Resource Management with around 6 - 8 years of
work experience in Human Resources in a large reputed organisation
. In depth understanding of Human Resources processes, products,

function when required
. Highly driven, setting stretching goals for self and teams, and
continually pushing for results
. Role models the values, and demonstrates strong personal ethics in all

tasks to meet tight deadlines, with limited resources
. Takes psychological ownership to deliver deadlines on time, every time
. Strong team orientation, working effectively in virtual International
teams

. Integrates HR products to provide business solutions
. Facilitates group interventions to solve business problems
. Developing HR practices that act as strategic differentiators
. Coaches and guides managers on people practices.
. Facilitates talent management and other global processes
. Facilitates world class service delivery.
. Drives the work culture in creating a 'preferred' work place for
employees and fosters an environment where employee behaviour is aligned
to organisation's values
. Plays a key role in managing complex organisational change projects
with people implications
The role holder will enhance business/ functional performance through
appropriate advice and facilitation of robust, integrated people
management strategies and processes. The role supports and manages the
relationship with a Country Head or a number of Global Senior Managers.
