Description
Civil Engineer with structural exposure with minimum experience of 6-8 years in Project planning & execution,Specific knowledge of Planning, Scheduling, Execution & Monitoring of Projects. Knowledge of applicable computer aided tools will be preferred. Tools like MS Projects, Autocad, etc.Good Exposure in PROJECT EXECUTION & Day to day monitoring and execution of civil works in accordance with the Contract. Time & Quality control. Assist in preparation of tenders & contract management, Cost & Quality monitoring & Execution of civil works. RECORD MAINTENANCE & FOLLOW UPS ,Maintain and upkeep of records and other relevant Project documents. Logging of activities, proposals and pertinent data. Create and update database of costs, materials, suppliers etc. Assist Project Manager for all department related functions. TENDER PREPARATION & TENDER PROCESS, Assist in preparation of tenders, drawings, tender calling, evaluation & contract management,FITOUT PROPOSALS Based on marketing feedback and client requirements, interact with the clients to design and generate concept proposals in line with the requirements , Etc.
