1. Sales & Marketing Head for Industrial Division:
The ideal candidate should be BE Electrical, with an MBA from a reputed
institute and with 15 yrs of exp. in the field of Industrial Sales. Experience
in the electrical field would be an added advantage. He I She should be able to
lead a team of dynamic youngsters across India.
2. Distribution Head I Rural Marketing Head:
To help penetrate into smaller markets and set up distribution for our Energy
Efficient Products like CFL's Fans I Low Voltage Switchgear. The ideal candidate
should be an MBA from a reputed institute with 10-15yrs ; experience in
distribution led activities. Candidates from FMCG background can also be
considered.
3. Plant Head:
For our Modem Plants in Haridwar and Faridabad, require Candidates having
experience in Modem Plant Management styles with a passion to groom a team of
enthusiastic engineers. Candidates with Engineering background and 10-15 yrs of
experience in Productivity Management, faster turnarounds and man management
skills will be preferred.
