MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS [Code: MED 01]
Sr. Consultants / Consultants / Jr. Consultants: M.Ch. or DM with relevant experience in these specialities • Cardiac Surgery • Cardiology • Nephrology • Urology • Diabetology • Paediatrics • Pulmonology • Anaesthesia (Cardiac and General) • Critical Care • Emergency Medicine.
Senior Residents / Clinical Associates: Post MD / MS / DNB, preferably with experience. Required in • Cardiac Surgery • Cardiology • Nephrology • Urology • Diabetology • Anaesthesia • Critical Care • Emergency Medicine • General Surgery • Internal Medicine - Transfusion Medicine.
NURSING PROFESSIONAL [Code: NUR 02]
Nursing Superintendent: B.Sc./M.Sc./ Diploma (GNM) in Nursing with 12-15 years of operational experience of which a minimum of 5 years should be in handling administrative matters in a hospital of repute.
Nursing Educator: B.Sc./ Diploma (GNM) In Nursing with minimum 10 years of clinical experience. The candidate is expected to have extensive exposure in Nursing Education, Training, Clinical and Nursing Protocols.
Nursing Supervisors / Sr. Staff Nurses / Staff Nurses: B.Sc,/ Diploma (GNM) in Nursing with relevant experience. Required in • Cardiac Surgery • Cardiology • Nephrology • Dialysis • Urology • Orthopaedics • Intensive Care (Post Operative and ICCU) • Cath Lab • Paediatrics • Obstetrics & Gynaecology, as well as ward areas.
PARAMEDICAL PROFESSONALS [Code: PMED 03]
Sr. Technicians / Technicians: Candidates with relevant qualification and minimum 2 years of experience. Required in • Cardiac • Multispeciality Operation Theatres • Dialysis • Cath Lab • Blood Bank • Intensive Care • CSSD • Pulmonary and Urodynamics Lab.
Physiotherapist: Bachelors in Physiotherapy with minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in General and Cardiac Physiotherapy.
Dieticians: B.Sc./ M.Sc. in Food & Nutrition with 3-10 years experience.
Medical Records: Diploma holders with 5-10 years of experience.
Pharmacist: Candidates with Diploma in Pharmacy (Delhi Registration required) with minimum 2-4 years of experience.
Perfusionist: Candidate with Diploma in Perfusion Technology with minimum 4 years of experience, preferably in Paediatric Cardiac Surgery, IN a Cardiac Centre of repute.
MANAGEMENT POSITIONS [Code: MGT 04]
In-charge Patient Care Services: Graduates with 5-8 years of relevant experience, good communication skills, service orientation and customer focus. Candidates with experience in hospitality/ healthcare industry would be given preference. Knowledge of computers is essential.
Hospital Administrators : MHAs with medical/non-medical background and 2-8 years of experience in hospitals/ medical institutes.
Manager-Support Services: Candidate with Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management from a reputed Institute with 8-10 years of experience in areas viz. • Food & Beverage - Housekeeping • Laundry.
Chief Engineer: Degree / Diploma from reputed Institution and minimum 8-10 years of experience in Electrical, Mechanical and HVAC.
Bio-Medical Engineer. Degree/Diploma from reputed institution and minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience
Materials - Manager / Executive: Professionals with Diploma in Material Management from a reputed institute and 3-10 years of relevant experience in Purchase and Stores Function, preferably in healthcare industry
Finance - Manager/Asst. Manager/ Trainees: Chartered Accountants, fresh to 10 years of post qualification experience. Area of expertise in • Accounting • Budgeting • Treasury • Mergers & Acquisitions • IPO • Taxation • MIS.
Secretarial - Manager/Asst. Manager/ Trainees: Company Secretaries, fresh to 10 years of post qualification experience. Exposure in the Secretarial Function in a listed Company would be an advantage.
Marketing Manager. MBAs with around 6 years of experience, of which a minimum of 2 years is in brand management, with exposure to different tools of brand development. Preference will be given to candidates from FMCG/Advertising/ Telecom/Consumer Durables.
Sales & Marketing - Manager/Asst. Manager: Professionals, with 5-10 years of experience in Sales & Marketing. Exposure in healthcare related industries would be an advantage.
Human Resources - Manager/Asst Manager/Executives: MBA's with 2-8 years of experience in handling various areas of Human Resources.
Manager -Training: MBAs with 5-7years of experience, of which a minimum of 3 years should be in training, independently handling the entire gamut of training activities, preferably in the service industry.
STAFF POSITIONS [Code: STF 05]
Guest Relations Officer/Front Office Assistants: Graduates with pleasing personality, excellent communication skills, service orientation and customer focus. Candidates with experience in hospitality industry would be given preference. Knowledge of computers is essential.
Telephone Operators: Candidates with excellent communication skills, modulated voice and 2-4 years of relevant experience. Knowledge of computers would be an added advantage.
Supervisors: Candidates with Degree/ Diploma in Hotel Management from a reputed Institute with 3-5 years o experience in areas viz. • Food & Beverage • Housekeeping • Laundry.
IPD/OPD Billing Assistants: Graduates, preferably B.Com with an aptitude for service and customer orientation with 2-6 years of relevant experience, preferably in a healthcare industry.. Knowledge of computers is essential.
Technicians (Engineering & Bio Medical): Candidates with relevant Degree / Diploma / ITI from a recognized Institution and minimum 4-8 years of experience in Bio-Medical, Electrical, HVAC, Mechanical and Plumbing Services.
System Administrators: MCA/BCA with 2-6 years of experience in handling network systems, Microsoft exchange.
Secretaries/Functional Assistants: Graduates with 2-6 years of relevant experience in reputed companies, good communication skills and computer proficiency. Required in • Accounts • Taxation • Finance • Materials • Administration • HR -Marketing.
