CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

The Group : A Rupees 3000 crore group which has diversified interests , such as in Heavy Engineering , Railway Equipment, Chemicals, Tea, Paper, Cement etc.

The Company: A Rupees 300 crore company that has successfully turned itself around from the recessionary effects with a highly professional restructuring team.
The Vacancy and Job Content: The company now desires a CFO who would assist the MD in Secretarial and Legal matters as much as he would in Financial and Accounting matters.
The candidate would be a visionary, who would have the business acumen to successfully take the organisation towards becoming an Internationally competitive Engineering Multinational. He would be later considered for the corporate pool of valued senior level executives who are sent for various assignments such as turning around sick sister
concerns.

The qualifications : Ideally the candidate would be a CA plus a CS and also an ICWA. However, if he is a CA + ACS then it would suffice. With a total of 8 to 10 years experience, he has to have had a minimum of 3 years Secretarial and legal experience and a minimum of 3 years finance related experience.

Posting : Kolkata, India.

Citizenship : May or may not be an Indian citizen
Remuneration: Indian Rupees 8 lakhs to 12 lakhs per annum
