THE POSITIONS AND ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA ARE:

1) National Sales Manager
? 10-12 years of hardcore sales experience in channel sales through distributors with a proven track-record of performance and target achievements.
? A full-time MBA from a reputed institute.
? Should have a good exposure at National or Regional level (at least 2 regions).
? Industry experience in Consumer Products - Consumer Durables, Appliances, FMCG.
? Good people-managemenf/team-handling skills.
? Aggressive leader.
? Good communication skills.
