Qualification: B.Sc./M.Sc.Agriculture with Genetics & Plant Breeding specialization, with MBA from any reputed business school preferred. Experience & Skills: Excellent Leadership skills required with 10-15 years of marketing experience & minimum of 6-8 years of managerial experience in different pars of the country or 3-5 years of handlings national sales & marketing responsibility. He should be an excellent leader of men, result oriented, aggressive, innovative with excellent communication, planning and execution skills.
