Responsibilities
Lead a team of executives to successfully manage a set of accounts assigned to you. These include: client servicing, account management, implementation of programs and strategies as planned, discussed and agreed with client, day-to-day operations and keeping a firm eye on new business opportunities.
Experience: 1-5 years experience in a reputed advertising or direct marketing agency, or a marketing communication role in any medium to large corporate.
Qualifications :
Graduates with reasonably high level of intelligence and common sense. We have no fixation about an MBA degree or diploma. Must be comfortable with ?number-crunching? and data analysis.

Outstanding spoken English and a good command over written English and mathematics are mandatory. Must possess capability to think through any situation logically and should be able to develop and implement clear and effective processes. Must have impeccable integrity, intellectual honesty and complete customer-focus. Should have the ability to stick to ethics and values even in adversity. Chances of gelling with us will increase if the person is affable, hard working, optimistic and a team player. Of course, very high energy levels are desirable ? a 12-14 hour day in UCP is routine.
