VACANCY DETAILS
Probable Position : SALES EXECUTIVE.
HRMG Position Code : JP001427/002.
Gender Preference : Male/ Female, any. Preferably Female.
Number of Vacancies : 1 (One).
Location of Posting : Paschim Vihar, New Delhi.
Job Description/ Responsibilities :
Deserving Candidate would be groomed for the position and would be responsible for the following;
- Establishing rapport with existing and prospective clients.
- Development of new clients through presentations, conferences and workshops on available products and services together with technical representatives of Company's Principals.
- Tender preparation and submission. Follow up with Banks for issue of Bank Guarantees. Keeping track of developments at client's end with respect to Bids submitted and facilitating and expediting replies to Technical Queries (TQs)/ Commercial Queries (CQs) raised by client from Principals. Price Negotiations in certain cases. Co-ordination with Company's Principals for timely execution of Purchase Orders received from clients.
- Keeping track of competitors' activities.
- Submission of periodical reports, including reports on latest developments in the industry, to the Company and its Principals.
- Managing general affairs of entire Office.
Desired Profile of the Candidate : The Candidate should be a smart and energetic Commerce/ Science Graduate or Post-Graduate (i.e. B.Com./ M.Com., B.Sc./ M.Sc., BCA/ MCA) with MBA or PGDBM in Sales/ Marketing. He/ She should have pleasing personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills in written and verbal English. Incumbent should be well versed with operation of computers and should be willing to travel occasionally.
Desired Work Experience : 0 to 3 years of similar work experience preferably in an Organisation in engineering/ service sector.
Compensation Offered : Salary package will commensurate with the qualification and experience of the Candidate and would be around Rs. 5,000.00 to Rs. 8,000.00 p.m.. Higher salary package could be offered to the deserving Candidate depending upon her qualifications and experience.
