GENERAL MANAGER (LEGAL)

Job Profile:
The incumbent should be Graduate / Post Graduate in Law with 10-15 years experience. Strong knowledge of Company Law and entire gamut of legal operations, drafting of legal / commercial documentation, litigation and arbitration matters, interacting / liasioning with Court / High Court, Govt, and their agencies' top level officials. Candidates with experience in reputed Construction Companies will be preferred
