Job Description:
The candidate will have extensive experience in drafting, finalizing film acquisition agreements, have detailed knowledge of IPR and modes of exploitation of various rights, commercial agreements, have sufficient knowledge of preparation of merger, acquisition, joint ventures, co-production agreements, and be well versed with issues of legal notices to copy right violators, effectively proceeding against them in court of law etc.

Experience: 5 - 7 years
