Expertise:

Should be intellectual enough to develop a concept, having a good command on design sense apart from just software skills. Web designing and lay outing. Composite designing plus waving a story around this that should reflect in the collaterals like invites, edms, brochures, ads etc. Better understanding for various print mediums like newspapers, flex as well as digital vinyl. Should have his own graphic data base.
