PROJECT LEADERS /TEAM LEADER
JOB CODE: PL/TL
Qualifications: Minimum Graduates, with good communication skills, ability to manage and motivate team and expertise in use of MS Office

Experience: 3 to 5 Years and above in Healthcare claim forms processing/medical billing of which at least 2 years should be in managing a team of over 25 employees.

Responsibilities: Ensuring adherence to SLAs, Monitoring, motivating and managing staff, maintaining and improving productivity and efficiency, regular reporting for one or more projects.
