Work experience in any large industrial establishment handling facilities & employee services functions
Specialised in overall HR service functions
Effective in planning, scheduling & organising for the entire welfare & facilities functions like - commutation, canteen &
work wear procurement & distribution
Effective in handling matters related to budgeting & cost control measures aiming towards effective facilities management.

Officer-HR - Planning Dept.:

Qualification: MSW / MBA(HR) / B.E+MBA (HR).
Exp: 2-5 years
Job Description:
Must have working knowledge on manpower planning system
Knowledge about QCC systems & performance appraisal management
Experienced in formulating company's compensation policy
Exposure towards budget planning & control.
