Job Description:
MBA in HR/IR with an excellent academic record, above 15 years of experience in heading corporate HR matters in a construction company, handling entire gamut of HR activities. Reviewing and framing HR policies & procedures. Designing and implementing HR systems & processes. Strategic and Operational HR initiatives. Aligning HR to business goals.

Manager(s) HRD/IR

Job Description:
MBA in HR / IR with minimum 5 years of experience. He should have experience and exposure in formulation and implementation of all aspects of HR practices with particular reference to performance management system, Training & Development, Recruitment & Selection. Experience in construction industry would be given preference. We also require Labour Welfare Officers/HR executives with 1 -3 years of experience (preferably in a construction company).
