Manager - Human Resource Development (HRD)

Qualification & Experience:
MBA with specialization in HRM from a reputed institute with 3-5 years working experience of Manpower planning,Recruitment, Performance Management Systems (PMS), Employee Training & Development, Career Planning,Employee Retention. Job entails support in HR Policy formulation and implementations company wide. This is acorporate position with direct interface with plant HR.Working experience in an engineering industry would be an added advantage.
