Manage Administration and HR department including, but not limited to formulating HR policies & guidelines, designing training needs & career dev?t programs. Provide training on HR and related areas, Ensure compensation practices are competitive, fair, consistent & equitable. Ensure optimal procurement of goods & services. Liaison with govt. service agencies, manage travel, logistics & lease contracts.

The candidate would be an HR & Administration professional with a postgraduate in HR Management. Should have strong negotiation and analytical skills, able to do multi tasking and work under pressure. Minimum 7-10 years experience in local/ INGOs or service industries.
