Job Description:
Hands on experience in Recruitment, Performance Appraisal, Training and Development, Employee Relations
Employee Welfare, ensure compliance under various applicable statutes. Experience in R&D / IT related organisation is desirable.

Qualification:
Post Graduate in Human Resources Manag with 3 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing company. ISC EMS 14001 and OHSAS 18001 knowledge desirable.
