Job Responsibilities:

* Knowledge and application of HR tools to build and foster culture / values and teamwork.
* High functional knowledge in HRD/OD as applicable. Hands on exposure in conceptualizing and executing various HR Systems and Processes.
* To develop and ensure implementation of training and development for all employees.
* Excellent communication skills, both oral & written.
* Interpersonal skills.
