Job Description :
-Plan and execute recruitment.
-Profiling of the required candidates
-Source and shortlist candidates from various sources like jobsites, educational institutes, internal referrals, etc.
-Coordinate with candidates to schedule interviews
Desired Profile:
Needs to be self motivated. Team Member. Innovative with different skills for recruiting. Should have the knowledge of screening the
candidates, head Hunting ,referencing. Good written and oral communication skills.
2 years exp+ in Hospitality preference
