FRONT OFFICE EXECUTIVE
Brief Job Description:
1) Front Office.
· Handling visitors/customers & extending hospitality.
2) Travel Arrangements.
· Arrange hotel accommodation across India.
· Arranging air/train tickets and other related services for employees.
· Ensure timely payments related to above.
· Prepare & submit monthly travel related MIS, if any.
3) Attendance
· Regular updates of the attendance register.
4) Resource Booking.
· Tracing of resource booking like meeting rooms, projectors etc.
5) Access cards & Name plates.
· Issue ID cards and name plates to new joiners & maintain updated records on the
same.
Person Specification: Age 23 - 28 yrs
Details
ESSENTIAL
DESIRABLE
Basic Qualification Any Graduate.
Additional Qualification Telephone Operating course.
No. of years of Experience Minimum 2 Years.
Nature of Experience In any Customer Service Role.
Job-specific / Technical skills required
· Proficiency in Computers.
· Excellent command in English.
If there know Hindi, it’s a added
Advantage.
Personality traits / Behavioral skills
· Good etiquette with a flair for hospitality.
· Pleasant personality.
· Soft spoken.
· Ability to work under pressure.
Preferred previous employment Service Industry.
