Description of the Job :
  1. Candidate needs to do 3-4 hours per day research and development on next generation web Technologies like Web 2.0 , PHP , Ajax etc
  2. Rest of time every day candidate will receive the Research Papers from across USA and UK universities then He/She needs to read them and convert this papers in Open Office Presentations.
  3. Deploying The Web 2.0 based projects / softwares (security / networking / collaboration) using LAMP.
  4. Making analysis of deployed projects and do their Bench Marking and create performance paper per software.
  5. doing every reading using internet resources and implementing knowledge for web 2.0 research work.
Job Skill Set Required :
  1. Must Be MCM / MCA / MCS
  2. Must be having passion to drive the technology and research work
  3. Must be able to understand US english and UK english
  4. Must Be able to explore resources on internet
  5. Must be a good Content Manager
Job Progress RoadMap :
  1. Candidate once selected will be go for 6 months agreement .
  2. During this period he/she will be getting paid for Basic Stipend Only for first 3 months .
  3. After 3 months Salary will be given based on the last 3 months performance .
  4. After 6 months of period , He /She will be permanent else will be given Experience Certificate of Work Done .
  5. After 6 months he/she may also needs to go client interviews and if they got selected by any of our client they may get more huge increments and permanent Job.
