Vice President / G.M Engineering
Job Description:
The candidate should be a Post Graduate / Graduate in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering from any reputed institution / university. Master's Degree in business administration is preferable but not essential.The candidate should have minimum of 15 to 20 years experience In heavy / medium size engineering industry involved in the manufacture of Power plant equipments. Exposure to Engineering knowledge involving designs and manufacturing should be capable of offering engineering solutions to component/equipment selection, assembly procedures, Project, Operation and maintenance related issue; with Knowledge in ISO, TQM systems and procedures. He should be able to coordinate With Marketing, Finance, Material and Operations departments to achieve Management targets.

G.M Operations
Job Description:
The candidate should be a Post Graduate / Graduate in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering from any reputed institution / university, Master's Degree in Business Administration is preferable but not essential. The candidate should have 12 to 15 years experience in heavy / medium size engineering industry involved in the manufacture of power plant equipments. He should be conversant with Operations related functions such as Manufacturing Assembly, Quality, Project, Operations and Maintenance activities. He should be able to handle Contractors and Vendors for the Timely complextion of Project and assembly operations with exposures to ISO, TQM systems and procedures. He should be a hard core technical person and should be able to coordinate with Marketing, Finance and Materials departments to achieve Management targets.

Senior Manager Project
Job Description:
The candidate should be a Diploma or Graduate in Electrical / Mechanical engineering from any reputed institute / University.The candidate should have 7 years experience (Graduates), 12 to 15 years experience (Diploma holders) in process / engineering industry or preferably from Wind Turbine field. He should be able to control team of Project Engineers / Supervisors and contractors for the timely execution of the projects and should be able to control movement of materials at site and should be able to prepare project related documents like bar charts, schedule of progress, action plan for corrective / preventive actions and should be a hard core site person willing to work under pressure oriented situations. He should be cost, quality and schedule conscious and be able to coordinate with Factory, Material, Finance and Marketing departments in achieving Management targets. Candidate from Wind sector is preferable but not essential. Knowledge of Electrical overhead line and transformer is preferable.

Manager Quality
Job Description:
The candidate should be a Diploma or Graduate in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering from any reputed Institute / University. The candidate should have 12 to 15 years (Diploma holders) 7 to 10 years (Graduates) experience in the Quality Department of any Process / Heavy Engineering / Power plant manufacturing industry or preferably Wind Turbine industry.The candidates should be conversant in reading Engineering drawings and should be able to lead a team of quality control inspectors Involved in inspection of components at both Vendor's site as well as project sites. Exposure to product knowledge on casting, forgings, fabrication components is essential and knowledge in the area of galvanization, painting and bolting technology is preferable. He should have the capability to prepare technical specifications, inspection reports and should have knowledge of ISO / TQM systems and procedures. He should be able to handle the Vendors / contractors effectively and should be able to coordinate with Assembly / Projects / Materials / 0 & M departments to achieve Management targets.

Wind Resource Specialist
Job Description:
The candidate should be a Graduate in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering from any reputed institute / university. The candidate should be conversant in Micro-siting of the sites identified by agencies like C-WET, State nodal agency for non-conventional energy using WasP 8.2 version, performance audit and safety audit of existing Wind project sites, site selection, preparation of project feasibility reports, software development for calculating the energy output including sector wise generation of power.
Preferred age: between 35 and 45 years.
