MANAGER PROJECTS & ENGINEERING SERVICES

Job Description:
The candidate should be B.E (Mechanical) with minimum 10 years Project Engineering experience in Star Category Hospitals or Hotels having good knowledge of engineering services such as HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Boilers, Air Compressors, Lifts, Fire Fighting & Detection Systems, Piped Medical Gases, Automated Laundry, Hydraulics etc. The candidate must possess full knowledge of Project management techniques, measurement of productivity, monitoring of Projects on MS Projects software, capable of coordinating with Technical Consultants, Cost estimation, Vendor development and evaluation.

ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

Job Description:
The candidate should be B.E (Electrical) with minimum 5 years experience in Operation and Maintenance of Electrical Distribution Systems - Transformers. DG sets, Switch Gears, Control Panels, UPS, Raising rains. Cabling and Networking. Candidates having experience in Project Exec: ion, Electrical Energy Management and its implementation in a set up of 2500 KW and above connected load shall be preferred. Knowledge of MS Office is a must for the above positions.
