Responsibilities include project delivery with knowledge of Urban Development / Town Planning. Should be familiar with control techniques for multi-disciplinary contractors, planning software and value-added management for project implementation.

Sr. General Manager / General Manager -Electrical

Job Description:
B.E. / B.Tech (Electrical) with at least 15 years experience in reputed construction companies and well conversant with execution of electrical works in housing, sub-stations, transmission lines and installation of electronic equipment.

Sr. Manager - Projects

Job Description:
B.E. / B.Tech (Civil) with at least 12 years experience in quality construction of projects. Responsibilities include planning, resource management, project scheduling, developing & implementing processes, controlling quality and budgeting.

Manager-Project

Job Description:
B.E. /B.Tech (Civil) with 5-8 years of experience in quality construction of projects, Responsibilities include assisting senior project manager and planning operations and quality control.

Manager - Contracts

Job Description:
B.E. / B.Tech (Civil) with at least 5 years experience in quantity surveying, analysis of rates and verification of bills with knowledge of computers.

Sr. Engineer / Engineer - Finishing

Job Description:
B.E. (Civil) with 5-8 years experience in construction of multi-story commercial complexes with excellent finish. Exposure on foreign projects will be preferred.

Sr. Construction Engineer / Construction Engineer

Job Description:
B.E. (Civil) with 3-5 years of experience plus knowledge of IS specifications, schedule of rates and interpretation of contracts. Experience in high rise buildings will preferred.

Sr. Electrical Engineer/ Electrical Engineer

Job Description:
B.E. / B.Tech (Electrical) with 3-5 years / Diploma (Electrical) with 5-8 years experience in handling on-site execution of large, mechanised projects involving internal and external electrification, power backup system, transformers, electric substation, lifts, escalators, BMS system, etc.

Sr. Engineer/ Engineer -Planning & Quality Control

Job Description:
B.E. in Civil with 5-8 years experience in a company, planning and executing large Civil Engineering Projects. Knowledge of CPM, PERT, Prima Vera, Autoplotter & MS Project software is essential.

Job Description:
B.E. (Civil) with 5-6 years of experience in execution of water supply, sewerage, S.W. drainage, fire fighting systems, both internal and external.

Sr. Engineer / Engineer - Fire Safety -

Job Description:
B.E. or Diploma in Mechanical with course in Fire fighting from the National Fire Institute, Nagpur or any other reputed institute. At least 5 years experience in installation, commissioning and operation of fire fighting equipment.

B.Arch with 7-10 years experience in Housing Complexes. Complexes, Commercial Projects, Multiplexes, Mega Malls, Amusement Parks, etc. International exposure on such projects will be an added advantage.

B.Arch with 7-10 years experience in interior finishes of Malls, Five Star Hotels, etc.

Sr. Architectural Draughtsman / Draughtsman

Job Description:
Diploma (Architect) with min. 7 years experience of AutoCAD. Complete knowledge of bye-laws.
