Executive– Service

Location: Mumbai

Job Profile:
* Installing, commissioning & maintaining equipments.
* Training customers on applications and operational aspects.
* To act as information channel between customer and organization, co-ordinate with vendors.
* Actively pursue sales of service contracts and other service products, collect payments.
* To sell, Add on products, to enhance service revenue
* Ensure customer satisfaction & retention.

Qualifications: B.E./Diploma in Electronics & Telecommunication

Experience:
3 to 5 years experience in B.E./Diploma in Electronics & Telecommunication, with experience only in installation, commissioning & maintenance of EPABX, KTS & Voice messaging systems. Should possess good communication & interpersonal skills
