Graduates in mechanical with 8-12 years of experience in purchase in an engineering industry. Experience in procurement of large sheet metal parts, pressure vessels, fabricated / machined components is essential. Sound negotiating skills and activity based costing knowledge is necessary. Hands on experience in application of Lean tools would have an edge. This position demands close interaction with cross functional departments and needs an enthusiastic team player with high energy.

Sr . Engineer

Job Description:
Diploma / graduate in mechanical / electrical engineering with 2-6 years of experience in purchase / vendor development function in an engineering industry. Exposure to procurement of castings, forgings / electrical components and having thorough knowledge in cost estimation, material specification and strong negotiation skills is essential. Exposure to Lean fundamentals and ERP would be an advantage.

Engineer Vendor Quality improvement

Job Description:
Graduates in mechanical engineering with 2-6 years of experience in vendor improvement and quality assurance in an engineering industry. Experience in implementation of quality programs and exposure to quality enhancement techniques is a prerequisite. Exposure to vendor evaluation methods, supplier technical support and implementation of continuous improvement programs at vendor sites is essential. Should possess good presentation and communication skills.

Engineer - Production

Job Description:
Diploma / graduate in mechanical / production with 2-6 years of experience in production in an engineering industry. Exposure to machining of castings / crank shafts / worm shafts / rotors on a platform OEE is required. Should provide leadership to shop floor employees. Knowledge on Lean fundamentals'and TPM will be an asset.
