Call Centre Support Manager (Customer Operations) -Hyderabad
? Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the outsourced Call Center ? Increase first interaction resolution (FIR) at the Call Centers; counseling and motivation of team members; monitor team performance and employee productivity ? Monitor service levels and ensure that the outsourced Call Center delivers their service according to the agreed Service Levels ? Responsible for daily/weekly/monthly reports from the Call Center. MBA, min 6 years experience, preferably in a telecom / BPO industry.
