Customer Care Manager (Customer Operations) -Chandigarh ? Define collections channels. ? Define processes and control mechanisms for each of the collection channels. ? Procure and hire resources to execute the collection process for each of the channels. ? Review progress on regular basis and as required by business. Ensure prompt collections. ? Establish audit procedures to control revenue leakage. Anticipate, Manage & Control deviations. ? Define Service Levels and turn around time for payment receipts. Improve processes continuously
