Our client is a leading player in the insurance industry in India. The role is that of an executive for the sales support team with focus on field communication. This will include drafting news letters, coming up with innovative ideas such as various competitions for boosting the morale / productivity of the sales team (including the agents), preparation of memos, etc.

The person will also have the responsibility for maintenance and up gradation (non technical - content wise) of the internal portal for the sales team.

The person should have excellent written communication skills. He/she should have good analytical skills, and should be creative in thinking. A person with ability to gain information on how this company’s competing firms handle the field staff would be an added advantage.

It is a developing role and as such a person with excellent communication skills and at least a year in insurance industry could be groomed to this role.
