Job Description
- Managing a team of 50+ collection personnel.
- Coaching, developing, and leading collections team leaders.
- Maximize production through understanding of processes employed to control long term delinquency and recovery.
- Monitor Control and compliance procedures adopted in the process.
- Lead and motivate a team of accounts representatives, portfolio managers and Asst Managers.
- Assist Team Members in improving the performance level of Accounts representatives in the areas of collection, compliance and quality
- Interaction with client to resolve issues and to handle client expectations
- Ensure all SLAs are met on a regular basis
- Monitor revenue
- Timely escalation of key issues
- Managing Multiple Teams
- Managing Resources for the Teams
- Responsible for Costs incurred by the teams.
- Suggest and Monitor Efficiency initiatives in the teams
- Look after Start Up Projects.
- Should have Positive attitude , aggressive, Analytical and able to motivate team.
- Should be a good Team Player.

Desired Profile
- Min 2-3 yrs exp in an outbound collection process
- Excellent communication skills and Interpersonal Skills
- Inter-personal skills- To be able to manage team and people issues
- Industry understanding- To ensure a short learning curve
- Coaching Skills- to impart knowledge and skills to team
- Excellent written and verbal communications
- Sound decision-making abilities, negotiation and closing skills.
