Deputy Manager - Working Capital

Job Description :
1.To ensure accurate accounting of Purchases under various formats i.e. Outright, Concessionaire, Consignment & Sale or Return Model through interface between oracle and JDA.
2. To ensure timely payments to working capital vendors in line with their credit period.
3. To ensure accurate accounting of expenses & disbursement in line with manual of authorities.
4. To ensure successful implementation of NEFT for payments to vendors and set up monitoring & controlling mechanism for the same.
5. To ensure accurate accounting of Minimum Guaranteed Commissions, Turnover Bonuses, Space on Hire Income, Scheme Debits, Octroi Debits etc.
6. To Scrutinize Accounts Payable Trial Balance and advances accounts on monthly basis and ensure no overdue outstanding and debits.
7. To ensure timely reporting of monthly and weekly MIS.
8. To reconcile purchases, purchase returns between oracle and JDA.
9. To resolve vendor accounts related queries.
10. To prepare Cost of Goods Sold Reconciliation between MMS and Oracle.
11. To negotiate with vendors for availing Cash Discount as per policy.
12. To deal with Statutory Auditors for audit of annual accounts schedules e.g. Purchases, Accounts Payables, Other Income etc.

Desired Profile : 8 to 12 years in accounts & finance department of a large multi-location company preferably in ERP Environment.Exposure to ERP Environment preferably Oracle Financials & J D Armstrong, System Orientation, Ability to work on large volume of data for detailing & summarization. Thorough Accounting Knowledge & understanding of company final accounts, Analytical Ability, Ability to work under stiff timeframes, Problem solving approach, Good Interpersonal Skills, Good leadership skills should be able to manage large team, Good Communicator, Good Team Player.
