Commercial Manager
Job Profile/Description :
To co-ordinate the activity of purchasing across the company/ station.
You would be responsible to finalise and close on all contracts after due understanding and obtaining approvals from the senior company personnel as per the policies of the company.
Responsible for setting up robust purchasing systems across the company to smoothen up the process of acquisition of goods and services.
In conjunction with Project/ Station Managers you will be preparing & submitting final accounts to network creditors and subsequently negotiating settlements if required.
You will assist credit controllers to resolve disputed accounts.
Research and preparation of formal paperwork in the form of Purchase Orders and Contracts to defend the company against incoming claims and contra charges will be required.
You will assist in identifying, costing and quoting variations to purchase/contract.
Qualifications :
BE + Post Graduation in Business Administration.
Experience: 7 Years.
Other/Special Requirements :
Good analytical techniques
Strong working knowledge of standard forms of contract.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and computer skills to be use for analytical applications.
Ability to develop and present formal presentations to internal, external and Sr. Management groups.
A working knowledge of accounts and negotiating settlements would be an advantage.
