TECHNICAL
1. Junior Network Controller
This person monitors data communications network in respect of breakdown and performance, and liases with users on problems experienced and keeps register of these.
2. Network Administrator
A Network Administrator is responsible for customer liaison and problem solving. Completes software/hardware installations and administration on Network and workstations. Ensures necessary data protection procedures implemented, including backups, restores and archiving. Is also responsible for documentation of all systems and repairs faulty equipment.
3. Hardware Engineer
A computer is a complex collection of electronic and mechanical parts and needs specific installation methods, maintenance and repair, which hardware engineer would carry out. The hardware engineer may also modify or build equipment to particular requirements.
4. Software Engineer
Is responsible for analysis of systems to ensure operating within specification. Provides assistance to customers in diagnosing problems and on systems installation, maintenance and upgrading.
5. Hardware / Software Support
Assists large customer base with problems and queries. The support person is responsible for thorough testing and solving of logs. Assists with implementation when necessary. The person must have basic and advanced training of all modules related to the system and excellent people skills are a necessity.
