Today the care and education of the young child enjoys more attention than ever before. All children need to be affirmed in their own right and encouraged to become lifelong learners and active, creative and decisive participants in society.
The importance of the childhood years in an individual’s later life is increasingly being realized - a happy child has a far greater chance of becoming a happy, well-balanced adult. For this reason it has become an necessity to create only the best opportunities for the education and care of the young child. More and more mothers have to work outside the home and therefore the need has increased for quality care and education for young children. It is thus important that quality training is provided to caregivers.

Quality day care involves educating and caring for the total child: Religious and moral development, social development, emotional development, creative development, intellectual development and physical development.
