position with the Company in detail and throw positive light on
it.

Describe the job
responsibilities as well as inform the candidate about Company
policies etc.

When asking work based
questions, put across some real-life issues and problems that
your Company might be facing currently. Ask the candidates to tell you
how they would have handled these situations and solved such problems.

Ask the prospective
job seekers to narrate to you one such situation in which they
solved a problem through their forward thinking and never-say-die
attitude.
Create a positive
atmosphere through the course of the interview and choose the
candidate who is best suited for your organization.
