Job Description
Maintaining consolidated accounts of Latin American operations as per US
GAAP and Indian GAAP
Maintain accounts as per local LATAM accounting practices
Working Capital Management- monitoring funds and receivables
Sox Compliance & Implementation of internal controls
Preparation of budgets for all countries
Monitoring of budget and variance analysis for the countries in the
region
Fixation and review of credit limits to distributors in the various
countries
The position will work closely with Vice President-Finance/ BU President
based at Head-Office
Desired Profile
CAI/ ICWA- 3-8 Years with Knowledge of LATAM/ BRAZILIAN operations as
per US GAAP and Indian GAAP
Knowledge of accounts as per local LATAM/Brazilian accounting practices
Capital Management- monitoring funds and receivables
Sox - Preparation of budgets, Monitoring of budget and variance
analysis,
Fixation and review of credit limits to distributors

Group Finance Manager
Location: Mauritius
Age : 30 - 40 Years.
Education : Fully qualified Certified Accountant.
Experience : Minimum 5 years in Finance / Accounting position.

Investigate on any variances or frauds. - Check on Purchases / Selling
Prices. - Reporting to Group MD.
3) Monthly - Check Monthly Management Accounts. - Cash Flow Statements.
- Variance Analysis Report. - Comparison to Budgets. - VAT / PAYE / NPS
Returns. - Reviewing Legal & Secretarial and Financial Aspects. -
Convening Board of Directors Meetings and acting as Secretary for the
Board Meetings. - Recommend changes to improve profitability.
4) Yearly - Audit Planning / Income Tax / Negotiations with Auditors on
Fees / Up Dating Legal & Secretarial with Company Secretary. - Prepare
Group Consolidated Accounts and Balance Sheets for PPP Holdings Ltd and
DRS Holdings Ltd 5) External - Co-ordination with the Banking
Organisations / Banks / Financial Institutions / Group Auditors / Group
Company Secretaries / Customs / Income Tax Dept. 6) New Developments -
Discussions with the Top Management regularly on Strategic Planning /
Forecasting / Analyzing / Recommendations.
