Management (CRM). This will enable them to understand the importance of

decision-making capabilities in the area of CRM. In addition, the course
apprises the participants of the various schools of thought on CRM and
helps them understand the impact of CRM on the economic growth of an
organization

Course Conduction Methodology
The courses are Online programmes and can be accessed on Macmillan
India's site www.develop.emacmillan.com.
Communication with the Candidate nominated / enrolled for any of the
course is done through the individuals email. Thus in case of nominated
candidates from an organisation the communication will directly be with
the candidate through the candidates Email Id.
To access the course the Candidate is assigned a unique User Id and
Password, which he / she will be informed directly through email.
Thereafter the Candidate will be able to access the course and may
download the study material (downloading does not take more than 10-15
min pdf version), which is divided in modules, and take print outs
of the same so as to study as per his / her pace and convenience. There
are Assignments and Case Studies, which are to be submitted to
the Professor for comments, this helps is evaluating the assimilation of
concept. Clarifications of doubts, queries and advice can be sought
by the Professor through emails and during the e-class, which is
held on scheduled date and time. In case the candidate misses an E-Class
then has the facility of going through the Archives to go through what
was discussed during and the session and also of attending another
e-class on the same topic at a later date. The details of the Schedule
of the course vis-à-vis dates for submission of Assignments/Case Studies
and E-class are given in the Activity Diary of the candidate. An
activity Record of the candidate’s participation is sent periodically to
the Departmental Head of the organisation.
