Campus Hiring

Zee Network offers an exciting and challenging career in the media industry.

At Zee, attracting the best students is a top priority. We hold campus recruitment in various campuses across India to recruit some of the brightest minds in order to bring in fresh thinking and new ideas to our organization. Our well-planned induction programme nurtures these fresh aspirants to become thoroughbred professionals.

We seek to employ freshly graduated MBA’s as Management Trainees where they will undergo an on-the-job training programme for one year. During this training period, the trainees are attached to various functions and are required to learn and contribute within each assigned area of business.

Career Progression

Zee provides opportunities for vertical and cross-functional growth to key performers. In the event of vacancies in any business unit, the position is advertised internally within the Zee group of companies; external candidates are considered only in the absence of a suitable response from internal candidates. Any person joining the organization, as a Management Trainee can reach the level of Executive Vice President within a short period of about 12-15 years.


Compensation

In order to retain it’s employees our compensation package is
competitively bench-marked with the industry standards. The grades, designations and salaries of employees are rationalized commensurate to their qualification and relevant experience.

Salary increments and promotions are more strongly with performance than
with seniority.

In order to enhance the culture of excellence and inculcate a sense of
ownership, the Company has introduced an Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP), for employees who reached a desired level of performance.

In order to optimise the available skills within the Zee network, vacancies
