Morgan Stanley has had a presence in Asia Pacific for over 30
years. With nearly 1,300 employees in the Region in our regional
headquarters in Hong Kong, as well as offices in Beijing, Shanghai,
Taipei, Seoul, Singapore, Mumbai, Sydney and Melbourne, our
footprint ensures that our clients have access to the full scope of
Morgan Stanley people, ideas and capital across the Region.
Our primary businesses in Asia include corporate finance, mergers
and acquisitions advisory, direct investment, equities and fixed
income research as well as sales and trading, foreign exchange and
commodities, private wealth management and investment management. We
work with many of the Region's governments and play a major role in
re-structuring and privatizing state-owned enterprises, and in
advising Asia Pacific's leading corporations on mergers &
acquisitions and capital raising.
In addition to Morgan Stanley branch and representative offices, we
have a presence in China through China International Capital
Corporation (CICC), a joint venture with China Construction Bank and
other domestic and international entities, and in India through JM
Morgan Stanley, a joint venture with JM Financial, one of India's
most respected domestic investment banks.
Due to the fast-paced business environment in the Asian markets and
the leaner structure of the Firm in Asia, Analysts and Associates
joining Morgan Stanley Asia Pacific will have the opportunity to

of the largest foreign institutional investors in India. In addition,
through its joint venture, JM Morgan Stanley, the Firm engages in
investment banking and financial advisory work, and is active in both
domestic and international markets trading Indian equities.

If you have 2-5 year's work experience and are completing a graduate
degree (typically at Business School to pursue an MBA), you will be

Summer Associate
If you are pursuing a 2 year MBA program or your MBA incorporates a 10
week holiday period in late May / early June, you will be suited to our
Global Summer Associate Programs.
Fulltime Analyst
