Working @ IBM India

IBM

As India's leading Information Technology organization, we are always on the lookout for new outstanding members to join the IBM team.

Life at IBM

During your first few weeks, you will attend an orientation. This is designed to introduce new employees to the IBM culture and enable you to be productive as early as possible. It includes presentations by various IBM professionals who will give you a great overview of the various sections of the business, along with an introduction to the key strategies, offerings and policies of IBM. A great way to meet new people from other sections of the business.

There's lots of talk about how critical it is to strike a balance but no one tells you how it's done. When you're not working, ask yourself, where would you like to be? It's important to figure these things out because when you walk through the door at IBM you are going to be presented with educational reimbursement plans, flexible work schedules, global opportunities, activities, clubs, child care options and more - to help you learn, play and work the way you want. IBM underpins its Work/Life balance vision by providing principles, policies and programs to support employees. Please note that flexible leave options and flexible work arrangements are subject to management approval and business need.

We value the energy, enthusiasm and innovation of our employees and recognize and reward significant contributions and achievements. What's more, salary programs take into account your individual achievements, business performance and industry comparison. You'll participate in innovative salary and benefits packaging designed to enable you to choose how your salary is packaged.
